A: Yes, we welcome samples order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2:Can I print my Logo on LED bulb products? And can I have color box with my LOGO?
A: Yes. You can have your own color box and print your Logo on the product. Before the printing we will first check with about the design.
Q3:How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and we control the defective rate less than 0.2%.Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. Then for defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Q4:How about the production time?
A: For small quantity will be ready in 7-10days, 20-30days for 5000pcs. For largequantity, pls kindly check with us.
Q5:How to proceed an order for led light?
